Working with Athena Solutions and Urban Animation this feasibility study explored options for the re-use and extension of this B-listed church and halls.

Through a series of community engagement events various possible uses were identified and economically assessed to establish a final business plan and indicative development costs.

Following this, client Action Porty went on to hold a community ballot to establish support for what was to become Scotland’s first urban Community Right to Buy. An overwhelming 99.7% of voters expressed support for the proposals.
